Five areas of formation every mature disciple must be grounded in.
Level 2 is the heart of the Calvary Bible School programme - and the training module most frequently delivered by David, Carolyn, and their teams into local churches.
Built around five interconnected areas of formation known as the Big 5, this level takes the disciple from foundational knowledge into lived, activated discipleship. Each module builds on the last. Together they produce the kind of believer the enemy actually fears.
Level 2 is delivered in person at your local church by the Calvary Bible School team. To request a church visit, submit a Ministry Invitation. It will soon be available online.
It is a framework for formation - five interconnected areas that must be developed together in the life of a mature disciple. The Big 5 forms the kind of disciple who:
Knows God intimately

Big 5 Overview
Framework, not fragmentation. Formation, not information.
The Big 5 brings together five non-negotiable areas of discipleship that must be formed in every mature believer:
•Intimacy with God
•The inner life
•Calling
•End Times
•Spiritual Warfare
This opening module orients the disciple to the journey ahead, shows how each area strengthens the others, and establishes the standard they are training toward. This is not a module about collecting concepts. It is a module about seeing the whole battlefield.

Intimacy with God
Relationship, not religion. Fellowship, not form.
The disciple who does not know how to live with God will try to live for Him in their own strength. This module lays the foundation for everything else.
It trains believers to cultivate a real, daily, deepening life with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - one that does not depend on emotion, circumstance, or season.
This is not a module about spiritual maintenance. It is a module about abiding.

Living from Your Heart
Formation, not performance. Identity, not striving.
The disciple who does not know their own heart will be governed by it - reactive, wounded, and unable to sustain the obedience God calls them to.
It trains believers to walk through restoration, healing, and freedom, grounding them in the full doctrine of salvation, equipping them to address the damage sin and bondage leave behind, and providing the ministry tools needed to help others do the same.
This is not a module about managed behaviour. It is a module about real change.
Every believer has been given gifts, a vocation, and a specific place in the Body of Christ. This is not a luxury for the spiritually advanced - it is the baseline expectation of the Kingdom.
This module equips disciples to identify their calling, develop their gifts, and step into active service within the family business of the Kingdom.
This is not a module about self-discovery. It is a module about obedience and assignment.

End Times
Readiness, not speculation. Clarity, not sensationalism.
The Church needs to understand the hour it is living in - not with fear, but with the clear-eyed alertness of a soldier who knows the battle plan.
This module grounds disciples in a biblical understanding of the end times:
•What is happening
•What is coming
•What it means for the life, mission, and endurance of every believer alive today
This is not a module about charts and theories. It is a module about readiness.

Spiritual Warfare
Freedom, not fear. Training, not passivity.
The capstone of the Big 5 - and the area of training most neglected in the modern Church. This module is a comprehensive training programme in the full landscape of spiritual warfare. It covers:
•The allies and enemies on the battlefield
•The weapons and armour available to the disciple
•The tactics of the enemy
•The hand-to-hand realities of life on the front line
This is not a module about fear. It is a module about freedom - and about becoming the kind of disciple the enemy works hardest to prevent.
Additional intensives are available as optional add-ons to the Level 2 programme - delivered in person or as standalone training environments.

Men's Boot Camp
Warrior, not by accident. Son, not by confusion.
Modelled on a military boot camp format and inspired by the Wild at Heart Boot Camps of John Eldredge and his team, this immersive intensive awakens men to their God-given identity, calling, and warrior nature as sons of the Father and soldiers of Christ. A strong introduction to the Big 5 framework and The Art of Personal Spiritual Warfare series.

Women's Boot Camp
Identity, not insecurity. Calling, not containment.
This immersive intensive awakens women to their worth, calling, and God-given purpose in Christ, addressing the unique battles, pressures, and assignments that shape the journey of a woman of God. A strong introduction to the Big 5 framework.

Inner Healing
The Plumb Line.
An optional intensive connected to Level 2, for personal formation and ministry to others. Full programme details are being finalised.

Training deployments, not speaking engagements.
David, Carolyn, and the Calvary Bible School team can deliver Level 2 modules in person at your local church by ministry invitation. These are training deployments - designed to leave the local church with tools, formation, and momentum that can continue after the team has gone home.
Level 2 forms the mature disciple through the Big 5.
Level 3 moves toward senior leadership formation for those called to eldership, church planting, ministry, and leadership within the Body of Christ. Level 3 is currently in development and will be announced when ready.
